Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and enter the quantity for the items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. You can do this buy clicking on the "Add to Basket" button at the bottom of the page or by pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Delta cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £30 or charge just 99p per order towards the cost of shipping for smaller orders.

We use Royal Mail as our prefered carrier in an effort to maintain our low prices. Generally delivery is next day, but you should allow up to 5 days in some instances.

For more URGENT orders we offer a special rate for NEXT DAY DELIVERY of £2.95 (Mon - Sat) Please note this rate is subsidised by Inkmasters Ltd.

If you live in Ireland or mainland Europe we charge £3.95 per order.

Delivery Schedule
We offer free UK delivery on all products. All orders received by 3pm are despatched same day. We use either Royal Mail First Class delivery or courier. This means you usually get your items next day but you should allow up to 5 working days in some cases.

If your order is of a more URGENT nature please choose NEXT DAY DELIVERY. At £2.95 this represents unbeatable value.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In certain circumstances we may pass your details on to one of our suppliers to enable direct shipment of your order. Your details will only be used for the purpose of order fulfilment.

Tax Charges
All prices shown are including VAT which is currently charged at 17.5%.

Returns Policy
Should you need to return an item you should in the first instance email us or telephone us.

Where appropriate you will be issued with a returns number and further instructions on how to return your goods. This returns number must be quoted in all instances. You will also be issued with our FREEPOST address for any returns. Where a refund is due, this will be processed within 14 days of receipt of any returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns that do not have a returns number or are sent to any other address than the returns address that we provide will not be processed.
